		<description>apt-torrent would be AWESOME.  Additionally, Subversion already handles transmitting diffs-only for file updates.  Not sure how easy it would be to merge those two technologies together, but even one of the two would be a good start.  I, too, get tired of seeing the orange and red arrows up in the menu bar almost every day.</description>
