In any case, I have to agree with you, and I have an extreme antipathy towards reality television. I mean, I live on a street where, if I want to watch strange crap going down, I just stand out on the balcony and look down. I know when I was in my 20's I used to watch Entertainment Tonight and then I came to a point of why does this matter? I think part of it has to do with keeping up with the latest and it's like you can superficially keep up with people you feel like you 'know'. I also think people are interested in negative drama, like reality shows, people want to see people get humiliated. Generally people like that Paris went to jail, Brintney shaved her head, etc. And then we can talkl about it to our friends like we know these people. One of my wife's feeds is E-Online and I look at her like, are you serious? And I have a Planet RMFO feed so I try to keep up with people like you. I might not be looking for a train wreck, but sometime I feel like I superficially 'know' some internet people and their upcoming wedding plans etc.... Whens the next instalment of your youtube reality show? I can totally relate to this.
