Screenshots:
- Cube, with skydome. Note that it’s playing a video in realtime, and also has Terminal, OpenOffice, Gaim, and two instances of Firefox open.
- Bending a window back like a piece of paper to see what’s behind it.
- Another less flashy look at the cube. Each face is a desktop, except the top and bottom, which are merely images (in this instance of the Beryl gem).
- There are something like twenty different effects you can use when minimizing and maximizing windows (and in other cases as well). “Burn” is one of them. Note that it’s so fast when rendered that you can’t see the “line” underneath the fire.
- The Spotlight-like effect, one of several different ways of choosing which window to focus on.

My skydome in the first shot (the image behind the cube), is from Seamus7’s blog, and is specifically this image.
