Let me speak some names: Dead Poetic, Alexisonfire, Emery, Underoath, Hawthorne Heights, Fear Before the March of Flames. Do you know them?

Well, ladies and gentlemen, it’s true; I broke down and bought an iPod. I just realised yesterday at the gym that watching closed captions on overhead monitors isn’t quite the workout motivational tool I want it to be. It’s even engraved: I’ll post pictures if time permits.

Speaking of the gym, this morning I did not feel like going whatsoever. Do you ever have that? But I went anyways. It was good.

Interesting factoid (as I babble on): I haven’t eaten anything in four days now, except a salad last night. I just don’t feel hungry; you can get on my case if you’d like. But the facts are the facts.

Last night I told Nick and Laura a story; it was not a pleasant one. Oddly, it’s one of those stories whose ending is not an ending at all. The protagonist hasn’t stopped beating himself up yet.

Finally: why do I blog? I don’t know. My thoughts will be lost in the noise of the internet: the only people who read will be people who already know and care about me. It’s certainly not a popularity contest (besides, who could beat Kari?), and my opinions don’t matter much. The one thing it is? A mystery. Someone solve me, please.
