Portugal

I have a well-thumbed book
by Eugenio de Andrade in my car
and another beside my bed;
I go to Portugal daily,
running into the sea with
my mouth open;

and that is how I want the poem to be:
born in joy, laughing with the wind,
toes for sand and tide and
firewater.

    You have approved my official stamp of approval on this one.

    Now I need to create my official stamp of approval…it will probably have a monkey and a panther…maybe bear. Maybe the bear and the panther could be fighting over the monkey…

    Oh, and it needs a frog, too. One of those colorful, I mean colourful, little rain-forest frogs. The poison ones.

    Where’s Brian when I need him?

  3. daniel:

    Why thank you… and the image of your official stamp of approval made me laugh. Not to mention that I could probably make it for you in GIMP.

    Feel free to do so on your vacation.
