Scott, I was wondering about that. I had a huge increase in spam after the post about the spam. Is it co-incidence? Or do the spammers troll for blogs that complain and then punish them? :)

So far I had made it since my last upgrade without doing it. 1,000 comments in 3 days changed my mind, though. You're right; it is getting worse.
