I’ve always wanted to have some sort of self-generated income, but I’ve never had the time of inclination to “sell”. I’m not a people-person.

However, I know someone who is that has the same vision. So, we decided to join superpowers to come up with something we both could profit from.

I’ve been around the block in the small and medium sized business game. I’ve helped grow my current company from two employees (the owner and myself) with an $800K annual revenue to 10 employees and nearly $7 million in 18 months. From managing the e-commerce sites to building out the internal ERP infrastructure (and many times, having to back up a bit and go a different direction), I’ve got a good grasp on what a small business needs to do to get from point A to point B (on a budget, at that).

So, what exactly are we doing with this thing?

There are tons of small businesses out there that will always be small businesses. They don’t know how to help themselves to level-up (and some will close up shop) because they don’t have time/knowledge/it costs too much/whatever. I think that with our combined knowledge, we can help the willing to make headway in thier marketplace.

Now, I won’t claim to work miracles. However, there are methods and tools that are proven in just about any marketplace (save a few outlying edge cases) to work. I know they work because I’ve been through the wringer with them multiple times in different organizations, and they’ve continued to prove themselves.

So, what are we, marketing? Business development? Web design?

I don’t know. I don’t know that we have to be any one thing. We won’t be all things, but we won’t just be one thing.
